Please make sure to allow access to your property by keeping gates unlocked and pets inside your home on scheduled service days.
You should water your lawn after an application. If it doesn’t rain within 24 hours after our visit, please water your lawn to help achieve optimal results from our lawn application.

As long as your yard has had adequate time to dry after the application of your treatment (30-45 minutes depending on temperature and humidity), rain should not impact the effectiveness of your service. Rain is not a large concern because of the residual attributes of our products. The products are designed to last, so once dry, only a fraction of the product can be physically removed other than by the natural breakdown of the product. We will not spray in the rain, but we can spray soon thereafter.

Eliminate standing water from your property. Stagnant water provides an ideal breeding ground for mosquitoes.

Routinely clear gutters and check for clogs so rainwater doesn’t accumulate.

Use soil to fill in low areas in lawns and landscaped areas where rainwater may collect and stand for more than seven days.

Mow your lawn frequently and clear tall grasses and brush around your home.

Ticks like to hide in trash and leaf litter. Remove these from your yard that so ticks won’t stand a chance.

Build fences around your property to inhibit animals such as deer, raccoons and stray dogs from entering your yard.

Empty birdbaths, children’s toys, kiddie pools, tire swings and gardening materials like watering cans and pots regularly.

Taking simple precautions like these will lessen the risk of dangerous pests that can spread disease.
